Your role and responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Digital Care Team working closely with the Cassius operational team to support the delivery and development of care technology services across Suffolk.
This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of care technology in practice working directly with people who draw on services professionals and the wider Cassius service. Youll play a key role in driving service improvements supporting operational delivery and helping to shape the future of digital care. This is a rewarding and fast-paced role where you can make a real difference.
We offer flexible working arrangements with an expectation that you will regularly collaborate in person with colleagues including at Alcoves office in Colchester.
In this role you will
- Lead and coordinate review and engagement activity for specific initiatives such as hospital discharge pathways and targeted service improvements.
- Support the development of best practice and effective processes for managing our care technology device estate.
- Contribute to the growth and development of Cassius operational functions.
- Support communication engagement and awareness-raising activities across the service.
Manage decisions relating to eligibility private-pay pathways and charging arrangements.

The team
You will be part of the Digital Care Team which delivers and continually develops the Cassius service across Suffolk. The team works closely with practitioners across all localities as well as a range of multi-agency partners to ensure people can access the right care technology at the right time.
Our aim is to improve independence wellbeing and quality of life by introducing care technology at the earliest opportunity in a persons journey. As the service continues to grow we are committed to enhancing our processes expanding access to digital care solutions and ensuring support reaches those who will benefit most.
In this role you will help drive our ambition for more digitally enabled and confident social care practice supporting innovation and transformation across Adult Social Care.
