Can you help unions use digital tools to organise mobilise and win for working people

The TUC is looking for a dynamic Digital Organiser/Campaigner to join our Organising and Growth team.

With new opportunities to organise digitally unions are investing more in building organising capacity.

Across the country theyre using WhatsApp email petitions text messaging and social media to reach workers build relationships and run campaigns.

In this role youll help unions make the best use of those tools through practical support training and advice.

What experience skills knowledge and understanding do you need

• Youll have a track record of helping people get involved build confidence and take meaningful action.
• Youll be confident using digital tools and quick to learn new ones.
• Youre good with people and good at getting things done.

You might have experience in organising campaigning or mobilisation in a trade union charity campaigning organisation political party or another progressive organisation. Previous trade union experience isnt essential and neither is a job title with digital or organiser in it.
