As the Digital Beauty Brand Lead you will:
Drive online performance and optimise the digital presence of key beauty brands.
Analyse ecommerce metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Use data insights to enhance customer engagement and experience.
Support innovation initiatives to keep our digital offerings fresh and exciting.
To thrive in this role you should have:
Experience in ecommerce or digital trading.
A strong understanding of online performance drivers.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
A proactive results-driven mindset with a keen interest in the beauty market.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
