Job Summary
What youll do:
- Develop and refresh menus with creativity and flair
- Train and support site chefs building skills and consistency
- Maintain high culinary standards and implement new concepts
- Oversee kitchen financials including GP% and cost control
- Lead seasonal projects and special initiatives across sites
Qualifications :

- Head Chef or Executive Chef experience ideally with large-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Creative with a focus on innovation and consistent quality
- Experience managing budgets and GP%
