The Design team is part of 4th Floor Creative and works with all of Sonys labels to conceptualise design and develop creative artwork concepts for artist campaigns. The design team also contribute to other 4th Floor projects across brands CRM digital initiatives and the Podcast division. Working in a fast-moving and lively environment you will be accountable for designing digital artwork branding presentations and other marketing collateral including some print packaging. You will need to be dedicated to producing high quality work and have a great eye for detail. The right candidate will be passionate about contemporary visual culture fashion photography and typography.

Ways of Working
- Office attendance: Monday to Thursday
- Offsite working: Occasional off-site event attendance required
- Designing treatments pitch documents and internal communications
- Art direction & Design for print and digital assets across Sony artist campaigns and wider 4th Floor initiatives. Including though not exclusively logos single / album / EP artwork digital assets and merch
- Layout & design for CD and vinyl formats
- Liaise with the Visual Creative team and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of creative is prioritised and on time
- Keep up to date with the latest design and tech developments
- Participate in creative sessions alongside the Visual Creative team marketing managers artist managers and other stakeholders
Essential
- Competent in Adobe Creative suite
- Love of all visual culture
- Cinema 4D or similar experience

- Someone with a self-starter mentality and approach
- Can do attitude resilient
- A team player and someone comfortable working in a group

- An annual salary of 28480 (London Living Wage)

Process Overview
- Applications openAugust 10th at 10:00 and close August 24th at 10:00. Candidates whose applications are selected will be invited to complete a video interview between September 28th and October 3rd.
- Candidates who pass this stage will then be invited to the final stage of the process an in-person assessment centre in early November. We will send further information on this stage before the date arrives.
- Successful applicants will start in January 2027.
