They are now looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to support the day-to-day running of a room and help maintain the nurserys high standards of care and education within a warm and welcoming environment.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting
• Experience supporting or leading practice within a room desirable
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and high-quality early years education
• A warm nurturing and enthusiastic approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable positive and able to support and guide colleagues within the room

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Room Leader with the day-to-day running of the room
• Delivering high-quality care and early years education in line with EYFS
• Helping to plan and implement engaging activities and learning experiences
• Making full use of the nurserys outdoor garden to enhance childrens development
• Observing and tracking childrens progress and development
• Building positive relationships with children families and colleagues
• Supporting a safe stimulating and welcoming environment
• Acting as a role model for best practice and supporting team members within the room
