An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join the leadership team and help drive the continued success of the setting. Working closely with the Nursery Manager youll play a key role in supporting staff maintaining high standards of care and education and creating a positive nurturing environment for both children and families.

What Our Client Is Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification essential
• Previous experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or senior leadership role within a nursery essential
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality early years education and care
• Warm nurturing and enthusiastic about working in a unique and characterful setting
• Strong leadership organisational and communication skills
• Reliable positive and able to support and motivate a team

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Helping to lead support and motivate the nursery team to maintain high standards across the setting
• Ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Supporting staff development and acting as a role model for best practice
• Building strong relationships with children families and colleagues
• Maintaining a safe stimulating and welcoming environment throughout the nursery
• Supporting safeguarding compliance and operational standards
• Contributing to the ongoing success and positive reputation of the nursery
