Deputy Nursery Manager

Salary: 34000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts between 8:00am5:00pm and 9:00am6:00pm

They are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day running of the nursery and help lead a passionate childcare team.

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience in a senior nursery role or Deputy Manager position
• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills
• Passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Nursery Manager with the daily operations of the setting
• Lead motivate and support the nursery team
• Ensure high standards of care learning and safeguarding
• Build positive relationships with children parents and staff
• Oversee planning and implementation of engaging learning activities
• Maintain compliance with EYFS and nursery policies
• Support staff development training and performance
