As a Deputy Manager at Muddy Boots you will be an integral part of our management team responsible for delivering high-quality nature-based learning experiences. We believe that outdoor adventures are at the heart of childhood development and we are committed to fostering a fun supportive and enriching environment for both children and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Support staff to plan and deliver engaging learning activities with a focus on outdoor play and exploration
Observe assess and support childrens individual learning journeys
Build strong relationships with children families and team members
Ensure a safe inspiring and stimulating environment for all children
Contribute to a happy healthy and thriving team that loves what they do!
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
What Were Looking For:
Passion for outdoor education and a commitment to nature-based learning
Experience in early years education (Level 3 qualified a minimum)
A proactive and positive attitude with great teamwork skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
