What Were Looking For
Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Previous experience in a senior nursery position such as Deputy Nursery Manager or Third In Charge.
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding legislation.
Confident leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Deputy Nursery Manager Responsibilities
Support the Nursery Manager with the daily running of the nursery.
Lead motivate and mentor the nursery team to deliver exceptional childcare.
Ensure compliance with EYFS safeguarding and all statutory requirements.
Build positive relationships with children families and colleagues.
Support recruitment inductions staff supervision and ongoing development.
Monitor the quality of practice throughout the nursery and drive continuous improvement.
Take responsibility for the nursery in the Managers absence.
