Job Summary

The Role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager to support survivors of domestic abuse in our Refuge service. Reporting to the Service Manager you will play a key role in shaping the service to deliver positive people-focused support working in a team context to achieving the best outcomes for people
What youll be doing
Support the Manager to deliver person centred support
Line manage support workers and housing management worker
Drive service development and improvement
Work with stakeholder partners to enhance networks and outcomes
Ensure legal organisational and regulatory compliance
Contribute to organisational goals through key involvement in training working groups and national programmes

Some experience of working with vulnerable adults or survivors of domestic abuse
Strong leadership and people management skills

Working Arrangements

This is a service-based role with standard hours are Monday Friday 9am -5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work is required and participation in an on-call rota
You will be required to travel to training and community partnership events and training and organisational events may require overnight stays
