The Victoria is a stunning Youngs pub in the heart of Surbiton proudly standing on its busy High Street. Weve got great bus links from Kingston Chessington and Norbiton & were only a couple of stops on the train from Wimbledon Esher Weybridge & can get to us from anywhere!
What do we do
Were a proper local pub with great food. Were proud to serve the best seasonal British dishes with specials that are inspired by our customers & teams travels with a special investment in our Sunday roast (scoring 5 stars from The Guardian). We pride ourselves on excellent customer service a warm welcome and product knowledge like no other pub in Surbiton from our famous Youngs Original beer to our stunning wine selection we know our stuff & cant wait to show you whats what!
We love to have fun with our food and drink & our Burger Shack is a true testament to this. We are the only pub in Surbiton with a Burger Shack Youngs institution serving up the juiciest patties with chicken wings Louisiana hot sauces doughnuts and spud nuggets! The Burger Shack backs onto our famous garden. An oasis in the middle of a bustling High Street covered & heated in the winter and open to those glorious rays in the summer!

We really are a family & love nothing more than kicking back with a burger and a pint ourselves. We are looking for a motivated &experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish foodfocused pub. As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passionfor exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub andplay a pivotal part intraining our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight ourcustomers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
