Deputy Manager Residential Children's Home
Job Summary
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a Residential Childrens Home (within the last 5 years)
- A minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a childrens residential care home
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A full driving licence issued in the UK
- Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
- In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations expectations and best practice
- Values in line with Eslands such as taking a therapeutic person-centred approach to childcare
- Due to industry regulations applicants must be aged 21 or above

- The salary is between plus sleep-ins paid at 60 each. On average you will complete 8 sleep-ins per month. Salary is dependent on qualifications
