We are now seeking a Deputy Manager to join our dedicated and growing team.

This is a key leadership role where you will work closely with the Registered Manager to shape the homes culture support and develop staff and ensure the highest standards of care are consistently delivered. Youll play a vital part in creating a safe nurturing and therapeutic environment where children with EBD trauma and complex needs can thrive and achieve positive outcomes.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience within a Residential Childrens Home (within the last 5 years)
  • A minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a childrens residential care home
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • A full driving licence issued in the UK
  • Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations expectations and best practice
  • Values in line with Eslands such as taking a therapeutic person-centred approach to childcare
  • Due to industry regulations applicants must be aged 21 or above
