Our young residents are bursting with energy they thrive on staying active and love football basketball gym sessions cycling swimming and visits to animal parks. Were looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe supported and empowered to flourish in this lively activity-filled environment.
What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe nurturing environment.
- Help shape brighter futures through consistency compassion and resilience.
- Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service with advance rotas and long shifts (8am11pm) including sleep-in nights.
What Youll Earn
Annual salary: depending on your qualifications and experience this includes an average of 8 sleep-in shifts per month.
Boost your income with enhanced overtime rates and opportunities for additional shifts.
What Youll Need
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
- Minimum 12 months experience in childrens residential care.
- Must be 21 and have the right to work in the UK (were unable to offer sponsorship).
