Job Summary
Deputy Lead Health & Social Care
Location: Multiple locations across England UK
Support daily service operations and staffing coordination.
Supervise guide and monitor staff performance.
Ensure compliance with care plans safeguarding procedures and organisational policies.
Maintain accurate records reports and service documentation.
Handle incidents and concerns escalating issues when required.
Support audits quality assurance staff induction and training.
Promote person-centred care and effective team communication.
Previous experience in health and social care or a related support service.
Supervisory team-leading or management experience is preferred.
Good leadership communication and organisational skills.
Understanding of safeguarding confidentiality and health and safety.
Level 3 4 or 5 Health and Social Care qualification is desirable.
Willingness to undertake mandatory training and continuous professional development.
