Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker Team Leader or Deputy Manager looking to take the next step in your leadership career

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist care provider seeking a compassionate and motivated Deputy Care Home Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of a residential service supporting adults with complex needs.

The Role

Working closely with the Registered Manager you will:

  • Support the day-to-day running of the service.
  • Lead motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
  • Promote a positive safe and person-centred culture.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations policies and best practice.
  • Support with audits quality assurance and continuous improvement.
  • Assist with rota management staffing and resource planning.
  • Manage incidents safeguarding concerns and risk assessments appropriately.
  • Build positive relationships with families professionals and external agencies.
  • Act as the Registered Managers deputy in their absence.
  • Champion dignity independence choice and meaningful outcomes for every individual.
About You
  • Previous experience in a Senior or Deputy management role within adult social care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional person-centred care.
  • Calm organised and confident in leading teams.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (essential).
  • Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards it (desirable).
