For soft drinks Carlsberg Britvics brands include J2O Robinsons Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX 7UP Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy.

About the role

We are now recruiting forDepot Administratorto join us at our Cardiff to theTransport Managerthis role willbe responsible for:

Role responsibilities

• Ensuring incoming and outgoing products are managed efficiently
• Monitoringincoming mails for stock exchanges
• Processing daily transfers and pick sheets for thedepotand liaising with drivers and other depots to resolve internal queries

Experience and key attributes

• IT Literate with experience using MS Office and SAP systems
• Knowledge of transport operations
• Transport administration experience
• Operator license awareness training is desirable
• Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team
• First class communicator comfortable communicating with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business
