Job Description
Join our team as a Part-Time Dental Therapist at a high-end private practice in Durham. This role is designed for a motivated clinician who wants to feel valued supported and able to work to their full scope without the pressure and burnout often found elsewhere.
We offer a therapy-only diary no hygiene and a stable patient list transferred to youproviding monthly income in addition to fee-per-item earnings.
Split: 2030% depending on experience Split increases as you progress through in-house training and expand your range of treatments.

Requirements
- Part-time: 1 full day to start with potential to increase
- Working hours: 9:00am 5:00pm (1.5-hour break)
- Diploma in Dental Therapy with minimum 3 years experience
- Private practice experience preferred
- Clinical portfolio showcasing general dentistry cases
- Willingness to adapt to our workflow and work closely with the principal dentist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious positive and a strong team player

If shortlisted a hands-on skill test will be required as part of the interview.
