Pattern: 5 out of 7 days

Contract: Temp to Perm after 12 successful weeks

Were looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Delivery Station Team Leader to join a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7.

Youll support the day-to-day operation lead a team and ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced target-driven environment where teamwork communication and attention to detail are essential.

• Lead and support a team of warehouse operatives
• Monitor team and driver performance
• Ensure parcels are scanned sorted and dispatched correctly
• Support dispatch and returns operations
• Help achieve daily operational KPIs and targets
• Coach and motivate team members
• Deal with operational issues and escalate when required
• Investigate and resolve customer issues
• Communicate effectively with warehouse teams drivers and management
• Maintain high Health & Safety standards
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards

Essential:

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
• Experience within a warehouse logistics fulfilment or delivery environment
• Previous experience managing or leading a team
• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on and proactive approach
• Flexibility to work different days including weekends
