Delivery Station Supervisor
17.32 per hour
Temporary to Permanent (After 12 successful weeks)
Rainham - RM13
Shifts Available: Monday to Friday 6:30AM till 15:30PM - flexibility is required due to business demands/needs
In this Delivery Station Supervisor position you will be working in a high-volume e-commerce environment. Your role is critical in ensuring fast accurate and safe delivery of packages from the station to the final destination.
Duties;
- Oversee driver and depot operations
- Lead the team assign tasks and monitor productivity
- Allocate resources based on volume and real-time data
- Maintain KPIs (on-time dispatch accuracy error rates)
- Support onboarding and performance management
- Deliver daily briefings
- Ensure safety and operational compliance
- Produce shift reports and escalate risks
Your Experience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics lead role
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel email etc.).
