About You
Organised & Proactive Youllensure our neighbourhood centres run smoothly supporting families and staff with day-to-day operations.
Customer-Focused Youllprovide a warm welcome answer queries and signpost visitors to the right services.
Safety & Standards Youllhelpmaintaina safe clean and welcoming environment ensuring health and safety standards are met.
WhatYoullDo
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors to our neighbourhood centres.
- Support bookings appointments and service user records using IT systems.
- Assistwithmaintaininga safe and clean environment including basic checks and displays.
- Provide information and signposting to families and service users.
- Occasionally support group sessions to ensure smooth delivery andappropriate supervision.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Confidence in using IT systems for bookings and record-keeping.
- Commitment to safeguarding equality and health and safety.
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when needed.
