Deaf Support Teaching Assistant – Hillingdon

Senovo is recruiting a Deaf Support Teaching Assistant for an inclusive specialist provision in Hillingdon. This is a rewarding opportunity to improve access communication and participation for deaf and hearing-impaired pupils. The role Support pupils to access lessons instructions and classroom discussion. Reinforce communication strategies and adapt resources with the teaching team. Encourage confidence independence and positive peer interaction. Contribute observations to teachers and specialist professionals. About you Experience supporting deaf or hearing-impaired children is desirable. BSL or another relevant communication qualification would be an advantage. You are attentive encouraging and committed to accessible education. QTS is not required for this support role. Pay: 105 - 140 per day PAYE. Contract: Full time. Location: Hillingdon.
