At Lyreco were about empowering people to create great and were looking for a NDC Despatch Loader to join our Telford team.

Role Summary:

To fetch and load pallets onto trailers destined for RDCs

Key responsibilities & accountabilities as an NDC Depatch Loader will include:

Maintenance of standards and procedures.

Care and control of equipment.

Achievement of daily targets.

To comply with all Company health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Responsibility for housekeeping within the area of responsibility.

To ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.

To observe Company Policies Procedures and Standards

Must be willing to undertake training in any NDC activity.

Must be willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime when requested.

About You:

Personality/communication:-

Demonstrate the Lyreco values at all times.

Team orientated.

Understanding of all SAP screens relevant to the function.

Ability to communicate well.

Role specific:-

Must be physically fit and capable of working at pace

Ability to carry out checks to ensure goods on pallets match pallet label

Ability to carry out checks to ensure pallets are loaded on correct trailer

Ability to optimise trailer space

Ability to operate PPT / FLT safely

Ability to clear waste and maintain a clean work area

Ability to identify waste and inefficient processes
