Join us as a Data Cloud Engineer where youll play a key role in ensuring the reliability performance and continuous improvement of our data transformation platforms. Youll be responsible for maintaining platform uptime delivering stakeholder-driven enhancements and building scalable secure GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support infrastructure deployments.

• Working as part of a team that is responsible for the uptime of data transformation platforms as well any feature requests that are being fed in by our stakeholders
• Building scalable and reliable Gitlab CICD pipelines for infrastructure deployments
• Identifying areas for improvement in the current set-up suggesting ideas to make it more stable and secure
• Working in collaboration with data engineers developers and security teams; documenting standards and mentoring junior team members
• Maintaining up-to-date documentation for the platform as well as thoroughly documenting and showcasing any new features built
• Participating in OOH support call-out rota

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery Dataproc Databricks and data integration workflows
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in GCP
• Solid understanding of GCP networking (VPCs firewall rules Cloud VPN Private Service Connect DNS Load Balancing)
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Cloud Build Cloud Deploy or equivalent DevOps tooling
• Familiarity with monitoring logging and alerting using Cloud Monitoring Cloud Logging or similar tools
• Experience with scripting (Bash Python or PowerShell)
• Solid understanding of cloud security best practices (IAM service accounts Secret Manager organization policies).
• Excellent communication documentation and collaboration skills
• Previous experience in Data Platform teams highly preferred
