Data Centre Engineer

Were looking for talented people to join our growing team! In this role youll take ownership of on-site operations at our Nottingham Data Centre ensuring customer platforms run smoothly and efficiently.

Every day will bring new challenges as you troubleshoot hardware and software issues across a variety of technologies from networking gear to servers. Youll install and configure operating systems monitor system performance and respond to alerts to maintain reliability and uptime.

Working as part of a collaborative team youll provide 24/7 support on a rotating shift basis gaining hands-on experience and exposure to enterprise-level technologies in a dynamic fast-growing environment. Youll play a key role in ensuring our customers are happy by resolving technical problems quickly and professionally while keeping a calm customer-focused approach.

• You have hardware experience including Cisco networking gear (whether its personal or enterprise level if youve been building and troubleshooting computers for friends and family we want to hear from you).
• You have experience or knowledge of OS installation.
• You have a strong understanding of customer service.
• You are able to work on a shift basis as we provide support to our customers 24/7

Salary: up to 28k DOE benefits
