A high-performing secondary school in Manchester is looking for a Data & Admissions Manager to join its support team.
This position would suit someone who is confident working with school systems and data but also enjoys managing the practical side of admissions. Youll work with senior leaders and colleagues across the school ensuring information is accurate and available when it is needed.
Managing the schools MIS and pupil information
Producing accurate data reports for senior leaders
Maintaining assessment attendance and student records
Monitoring data quality and resolving discrepancies
Managing admissions applications and enquiries
Coordinating pupil admissions transfers and enrolment
Maintaining accurate records for starters and leavers
Liaising with parents Local Authorities and other schools
Supporting statutory returns and school census requirements
Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately
Previous experience within school data management admissions or senior school administration is preferred.
You should be confident with Excel comfortable working with databases and able to interpret and present data clearly. Experience with SIMS Arbor Bromcom or another school MIS would be an advantage.
Most importantly youll be organised reliable and able to manage competing deadlines without losing attention to detail.
