Data & Admissions Administrator – Lambeth | Temporary School Work

Contract: Daily Supply / Temporary
Hours: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: Competitive daily rate depending on experience

We regularly have schools contacting us looking for immediately available administrators who can provide additional support with pupil data admissions and general school administration.

Were particularly interested in hearing from experienced Data & Admissions Administrators who are available for temporary work and can adapt quickly to different school environments.

Temporary assignments may include:

• Maintaining accurate pupil records

• Managing admissions enquiries and applications

• Updating the schools MIS

• Supporting pupil admissions and enrolment

• Processing attendance and assessment data

• Producing reports and spreadsheets

• Supporting school census requirements

• Liaising with parents and Local Authorities

• Managing starters leavers and transfers

• Providing general administrative support

You must have previous experience working within a school ideally with exposure to school data admissions or the administration of pupil records.

Experience with Arbor SIMS Bromcom or similar MIS systems would be advantageous.

You will also need:

A clear DBS
DBS registered on the Update Service or issued within the last 6 months
Strong Excel and IT skills
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication skills
Availability for full-time and/or part-time work
The ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Our schools often need someone quickly to cover sickness or provide extra administrative support. Assignments can therefore vary from a few days to several weeks or longer.
