Cyber Security Architect
Job Summary
- Lead cybersecurity certification and compliance activities across product and software portfolios to support regulatory requirements and market access
- Evaluate security maturity and align product risks with applicable frameworks such as EU Cyber Resilience Act and IEC standards
- Guide the implementation of secure product development practices including secure architecture encryption and embedded system protections
- Conduct risk assessments threat modelling and vulnerability testing across hardware firmware and software environments
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate risks design solutions and prioritise remediation actions
- Support the development and execution of vulnerability management and incident response processes including PSIRT frameworks
- Drive secure lifecycle integration including software bill of materials (SBOM) monitoring and reporting practices
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity trends technologies and regulatory requirements to inform continuous improvement
- You apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance organisational goals while anticipating future challenges and opportunities. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives fostering trust and open communication across diverse teams. You remain resilient and adaptable in the face of complexity maintaining focus and effectiveness under pressure. You create innovative solutions by exploring new and better ways of addressing challenges translating strategy into actionable plans that deliver meaningful results
- Strong experience in cybersecurity architecture risk assessment and secure product development practices
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443 NIST and cybersecurity regulatory requirements
- Experience leading threat modelling vulnerability management and security architecture design
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven collaboration and leadership skills with experience working across multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and organisational capabilities
- Advanced degree in computer science engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or similar
- Experience supporting compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act or similar regulatory frameworks
- Background in embedded systems industrial environments or secure hardware/software integration
- Experience developing enterprise-wide security architectures or guidance documentation
