Cyber Account Executive – International

Join WTWs Cyber & TMT team and help organisations navigate an increasingly complex cyber risk landscape. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large complex and multinational clients partnering with leading insurers and underwriters across the London Market while contributing to the growth of a high-performing and collaborative business.

The Role

• Manage and develop relationships across a portfolio of large and complex Cyber and Technology clients.

• Build strong partnerships with clients insurers underwriters and key market stakeholders.

• Coordinate renewals placements and servicing activities to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

• Prepare high-quality market submissions presentations and placement documentation.

• Identify opportunities to support client retention portfolio growth and new business development.

• Monitor market trends cyber risk developments and insurer appetite to provide valuable insights to clients and colleagues.

• Contribute to the development of team capability and over time be expected to coach and support junior colleagues as part of your professional growth and progression.

What youll bring

• Experience within insurance broking underwriting account management or a comparable client-facing insurance role typically gained over four or more years.

• Experience working with insurers underwriters and clients across the London or international insurance markets.

• All-Inclusive organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.

• Commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for supporting portfolio growth and business development initiatives.

• A strong professional network and confidence engaging with clients insurers and market partners.

• Spanish language capability would be highly advantageous given our international client base and collaboration across Latin America; other language skills are also welcomed.
