The Job:
As a Customer Service Representative you will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls web inquiries emails and chat requests from internal and external customers regarding the Stanley Black & Decker suite of products as well as handling administrative tasks resulting from those interactions.

What youll do:

Handle incoming customer and partner enquiries via phone and email ensuring queries are resolved promptly accurately and logged correctly.
Process incoming documents and complete administrative tasks to support efficient after-sales service operations.
Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
Record manage and maintain accurate case information within Salesforce.
Develop knowledge of key brand product portfolios

About You:

A customer service professional with experience delivering excellent support.
An outstanding communicator with a professional telephone manner and the ability to handle a wide range of customer enquiries professionally clearly and with care
Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively throughout the day.
Educated to GSCE level (Including English and Maths)
Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required while experience using SAP/Salesforce/Five9 is advantageous but not essential.
