Role Overview:
This role is part of the Supply Chain function providing excellent customer experience within a global manufacturing environment. Our key focus as a business is delivering excellence in Science to our Customers within Operations our People and patients shaping the world around us to make it a cleaner and healthier place
Core Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to drive delivery of excellent customer service and commercial business objectives.
- Receive and process customer orders in line with commercial terms and conditions.
- Manage and process import and export licences for API customer orders in line with Home Office regulations.
- Communicate with Home Office on status of licences.
- Communicate with your customer to ensure they provide a valid and in date operating licence to allow fulfilment of the customers order.
- Track and coordinate product supply for orders in the immediate 3 months.
- Communicate to customer any delay to orders providing revised delivery timelines.
- Receive and respond in a timely manner to customer queries. Liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
- Manage customer complaints in line with the company process from escalating the complaint to our Quality department to resolution.
- Support onboarding of new customers.
- Attend customer business review meetings where required.
- Work with our logistics partners to advise on orders due to dispatch in the coming month.
Qualifications:
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Strong administration skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of Sales Customer Service Export logistics and ERP systems.
