Location: Colchester (Office Based) Salary: 25000 per annum Full-Time Monday - Friday

What youll be doing:

Building strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors.

Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.

Handling enquiries via phone and email.

Managing administration and keeping property records up to date.

Supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio.

Learning all aspects of residential property management from experienced professionals.

Were looking for someone who:

Has experience in sales customer service or an office-based role.

Has excellent communication and organisational skills.

Enjoys working with people and solving problems.

Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

Is motivated to learn and develop a career within the property industry.
