Customer Service Advisor

The Role

Were looking for a positive peoplefocused Customer Service Advisor to join our London Depot team. This is a fastpaced customerfacing role where youll play a key part in delivering a smooth and friendly experience for everyone who gets in touch. As the first point of contact youll bring confidence enthusiasm and a solutionsdriven mindset to every interaction helping customers feel supported from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for customers handling enquiries in a friendly professional and engaging way.

• Process customer orders and repeat orders accurately keeping things running smoothly and meeting service expectations.

• Support with customer complaints and returns working proactively with internal teams to find positive resolutions.

• Respond to questions about deliveries orders and account details keeping customers informed and reassured.

• Spot opportunities to improve how we work and share ideas that enhance the customer experience.

• Keep records up to date complete reports and support with general administrative tasks.

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:30am 5:00pm
