Location:Radar Road Leicester - LE3 1UF

Rate of pay: 12.90 per hour (plus 1 per hour weekend premium)

Rewards:Potential to earn a performance related bonus of up to 20% paid quarterly

Start date: 2nd November 2026

Shift: (36 hours a week)

Tuesday - Thursday: 11am - 7pm Friday:10am - 6pm - Sat:9am - 5pm

Training:3 weeks of paid mandatory training to master our systems and learn how we support our global community

Starting Monday 2nd November - 13th November 2026 (Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm)

Coaching: 3 week of coaching to transition into your role with dedicated support to help refine your skills

Starting Monday 16th November - 4th December (Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm)

You must be able to commit to the full training period to be considered for the role.

Peak periods:During our peak trading periods youll also be required to work an additional 4 hour shifts per week for up to 20 weeks of the year.

Youll be part of our expanding International team supporting customers from around 130 countries (weve got over 1.5 million of them!) supported by our contact centre teams in Manchester Poland and Pune.

Youll be the main contact for our customers outside the UK communicating in English with many nationalities and expertly navigating the complexities of international communication.

Youll handle calls emails WhatsApp and live chat.

Youll sort out all types of queries: delivery problems billing questions product concerns and payment queries.

Youll work closely with international couriers and colleagues to get things sorted quickly.

The goal is to solve the problem the first time they contact us!

  • Communication:Youre clear and confident speaking English (no other languages needed!).
