About the Role

Were looking for a friendly reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our Contact Centre to support residents with enquiries on environment health planning rent accounts and other local services.

Youll handle inbound calls provide accurate information resolve queries and ensure customers receive a helpful timely service.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A calm customer-focused approach are essential.
  • Training is provided.
