How will you contribute

As aregistrationsadvisoryoullspeak to customers who have recentlypurchasedappliances and are looking to register their manufacturer warranty. Through engaging positive conversationsyoullhelp customers register their appliances while exploring ways to enhance their protection and overall experience.

Shift Pattern:

Your shift patterns will rotate on a6 weekrota between our core opening hours of 8am and 8pm (Monday-Sunday).

Youllwork 37.5 hours perweekand you will have two 15-minute breaks and a full hour for lunch allowing you to recharge andmaintainyour focus.

Wellprovide all the equipment you need but you must have broadband access.

Training and onboarding:

To help you get thevery beststart with us your first six weeks are carefully structured to support your learning and confidence.

The first4weeks will focus on immersive training after whichyoulltransition intoGradbay whereyoullcontinue developing your skills with ongoing support from your team and leaders.

To fullybenefitfrom the training programme attendance at our Nottingham office ison the following dates:

  • Week 1:Monday TuesdayWednesdayand Thursday(7th 10thof September)

  • Week 2:Wednesday andThursday (16th-17thof September)

  • Week3: Mondayand Tuesday(20th-21stof September)

  • Week4:MondayTuesday Wednesday and Thursday(28thSeptember1stof October)

Spending this time in the office allows you to build strong relationships early gain real-time feedback and learn alongside your peers helping you build confidence faster and set you up for long-term success.

Following training duringGradbayyou will work from the office1-2 days a weekwith theremainderof the week spent working fromhomeas part of our hybrid approach. These in-office days are designed to keep you connected supported and continuously developing as part of your team.
