Customer Risk Insights is looking for 2 Risk Consultants based out of Unity Place Milton Keynes Belfast Glasgow or Bradford.
TheCustomer Risk Insightsteam supports colleagues through Outcome Testing Controls Testing and Competence Management. It helps Santander to meet its obligations under Consumer Duty Outcome testing by providingsmarter solutionsthrough development and maintenance of Testing Tools Management Information dashboards and reporting. We also undertake Customer Understanding Testing Surveys for products sold through Santanders digital and assisted channels analysing the responses and using data to identify patterns and trends and any potential issues with the sale of these products.
As a Customer Risk Insights Risk Consultant youll help validate test and support a range of AI tools used within Outcome Testing. Youll contribute to future enhancements provide recommendations to improve model performance and work with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure tools remain effective well controlled and fit for purpose.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining risk management data analysis and emerging technology to improve customer outcomes.

Working as part of Customer Risk Insights supporting the purpose and objectives set out within the Assurance framework and operating model using Tools (technology) and Data as part of Santanders first line of defence.
Bringing the Strategic Blueprint alive by building stronger foundations through Validation Testing and Support across a number of AI models
Using data and analytics to proactively identify opportunities in addition to incoming requests from stakeholders to improve the service provided to our stakeholders and customers.
Making sure the tools overseen for stakeholders are fit for purpose to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Opportunity to shape how AI is used in Outcome Testing.

Professional Experience
An understanding of the Regulatory Environment Consumer Duty and Conduct Assurance (Required)
Experience of using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint (Required)

Understanding of machine learning and generative AI concepts including how AI tools can be tested validated and governed within a regulated environment (Preferred)

Salary Range:
37762.00 - 56642.00 per annum (depending on experience)
This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills experience qualifications and location.
