The Opportunity
Abbott Toxicology is the biggest provider for Drug & Alcohol testing in the country and also provides Occupational Health services through 23 medical centres across the country. We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join the Toxicology Business Unit in Abingdon (Oxfordshire) that will support the existing and new accounts to ensure the best service experience.
What Youll Do
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be responsible for:
Setting up customer accounts making account amendments
Logging and resolving customer invoicing complaints
Following good documentation practice ensuring customer information is stored appropriately for future reference
Ensure customer invoicing complaints are logged within the system and resolved within the deadlines
Investigating complaints fully to identify the root cause and appropriate resolution
Liaising with multiple departments to identify appropriate solution
Replying to customer queries mainly via email
Answering incoming customer calls
Required Qualifications
GCSEs in English and Maths to grade (or equivalent)
Experience with working in an office-based customer services or administration environment
Good working knowledge of Salesforce Microsoft Office applications especially Excel
Experience using Sage and other complex systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to us own initiative
Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Process driven while being customer focused
Capacity to work diligently when repeating tasks
