Were supporting a consultancy who are designing and developing a global workshop programme for a life sciences clients customer engagement team. The work will span three therapy areas Respiratory Dermatology and Rhino-Gastro using one shared framework tailored to each area.

- Run alignment sessions with global and country teams to gather inputs and shape workshop content
- Develop the workshop theme structure session flow and gamified activities across three therapy areas
- Produce facilitation materials and supporting communications including guides country comms video and newsletter content
- An independent consultant
- 24 years experience in customer marketing communications or engagement-focused consulting
- Strong workshop design and content development experience
- Creative organised and confident working with multiple senior stakeholders
