Job Summary

If so wed love to hear from talented and enthusiastic Customer Contact Advisors who have genuine passion providing outstanding support and going above and beyond for customers every day. Working within social housing youll play a vital role in helping residents with enquiries resolving issues and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism empathy and care.

Whether its supporting customers over the phone responding to emails or helping with their queries youll be part of a team dedicated to putting customers first and delivering positive outcomes for local communities.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm with a late finish until 7:00pm on Thursdays shared on a rota basis.
