Salary: 50440 to 55125 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Curriculum Manager to join our team delivering high-quality teaching learning and assessment to support our learners in achieving their full potential. Youll play a key role in designing and delivering engaging inclusive lessons that meet curriculum standards and reflect industry needs.

As a Curriculum Manager at Coventry College youll contribute to curriculum development provide academic and pastoral support to learners and work closely with colleagues and external partners to ensure an outstanding learning experience. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation and help shape the future workforce of our city.

Requirements

Must-Have:

Relevant teaching qualification

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in in relevant subject area

A degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject area

A units or equivalent and V unit or equivalent

Experience of teaching functional skills and GCSE English and Maths

Experience of tracking and monitoring leaver progress and implementing timely improvement strategies


Nice-to-Have:

Teaching experience in relevant subject area

Application of quality improvement and assurance processes including internal verification.

Experience in improving learner outcomes and quality of education

Successful course and curriculum development. E.G. EPYP Higher Education AEB etc.

Building productive working relationships with external agencies including businesses and community organisations
