As a CRM Assistant you will:

• Deliver a relevant and exciting app communications plan

• Deliver and optimise the annual value programme in app

• Support the delivery of seasonal campaigns during peak trading periods

• Work closely with trading and marketing colleagues to ensure the latest Boots products and services are communicated in our app channels

• Responsible for managing the process from customer understanding and insight through to measuring results and reporting back to the business

• A proactive individual with a passion for marketing and customer engagement; a natural ability to understand the customer and how to communicate effectively keeping them at the heart of all campaigns

• Commercially and financially aware with a performance driven attitude to further push the development of channels

• Strong organisational and process skills with the ability to juggle multiple complex projects.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
