Are you a CRM specialist who enjoys solving problems improving systems and getting more value from data

Were recruiting for a growing multi-site business looking for a CRM & Analytics Specialist to take ownership of its in-house CRM platform and help turn customer and sales data into meaningful commercial insight.

Youll become a key point of contact for users across a national network working closely with CRM data commercial and operational teams.

What youll be doing:

• Own the day-to-day administration of the CRM platform
• Troubleshoot system issues bugs and user queries
• Improve workflows forms and customer enquiry processes
• Support integrations upgrades testing and data migrations
• Write and run SQL queries
• Monitor and improve data quality
• Produce reporting for sales marketing and operations
• Build dashboards using Power BI Tableau or similar
• Analyse customer enquiries conversion sales and revenue data
• Work with stakeholders across the wider business to improve CRM usage

What were looking for:

Were looking for someone with 3 years CRM administration / systems experience who is confident taking ownership and getting stuck into technical problems.

Youll ideally have:

• Strong hands-on CRM experience
• Good SQL skills and the ability to build queries independently
• Experience with sales customer or enquiry-based CRM systems
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities
• Power BI Tableau or similar experience
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
• A calm practical approach when working under pressure
• Experience within retail self-storage property leisure or another multi-site customer-focused business would be particularly relevant.
• Knowledge of PHP IIS APIs or SQL Server would be a bonus but isnt essential.
