As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator- Assessment with Change Grow Live youll work with people who use our services helping them get to where they want to be.
Where: Warrington
Hours:Fulltime 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract of 12 months
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
With this role youll be working as part of the criminal justice team based in the Warrington service.
This post will be working in collaboration with Warrington probation service and emanates in part from the significant drive by the Government as part of its new national Combatting Drugs Strategy. This position forms part of our local partnership vision for strengthening our work with the criminal justice system and particularly Warrington probation to support service users on the integrated offender management (IOM) scheme and those on community treatment requirements such as DRRs and ATRs.
Reporting to the Criminal Justice Team Leader you will have responsibility for providing intensive assessment and case management services to a cohort of offenders with complex needs.
We are seeking an individual with a solution-focused approach to assist service users in addressing a variety of challenges including substance misuse mental health concerns and offending someone who shares our ambition and drive to support our partner agencies in reducing reoffending and to address and reduce the number of drug and alcohol related deaths.
You will become an integral member of the criminal justice team and you will be expected to contribute to the general running of the service through supporting our service users ensuring the good governance and quality of our operations and moreover the authentic service user focus of our delivery.
You will be expected to be a good communicator transparent and candid in your relationship with our service users colleagues and our stakeholders from across the Warrington partnership.

Person Specification:
- Good IT skills and experience in carrying out assessments of service users in health social care and criminal justice sectors.
- Knowledge and experience of recording and managing risk
- The ability to strike up a rapport and engage with drug and
alcohol misusers and offenders. - Experience of contributing to multi-agency meetings.
- Be able to work autonomously safely and creatively using your own initiative away from the office
- Good communication skills and experience of interagency
working. - A clean driving license and access to your own transport
