Your Roles Purpose
Rygor Group is looking for an organised and detailfocused Credit Controller to join our Finance team. This role is central to ensuring effective cash flow maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the wider business through robust credit control practices.
Youll be responsible for managing customer accounts monitoring aged debt and proactively handling collections. The role also involves accurate cash allocation account reconciliation and resolving account queries in a timely and professional manner. Youll work confidently with customers to secure payment while prioritising higherrisk and overdue debts effectively.
Were looking for someone with a strong understanding of credit control and accounts receivable a high level of accuracy when reviewing financial information and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Youll be confident professional and organised with the ability to balance priorities in a busy environment.

Key Tasks
- Manage customer accounts and credit limits in line with company policy
- Monitor review and actively pursue aged debt
- Proactively contact customers to secure payment and resolve queries
- Allocate incoming cash accurately and perform regular account reconciliations
- Prioritise highrisk and overdue debts to minimise exposure
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve billing or account discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures
