Credit Control Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end collections across your customer portfolio
• Coach and develop the Credit Control team members to achieve individual and departmental targets.
• Acting as the go-to escalation point for complex queries and disputes
• Resolve escalated customer queries and payment disputes in a timely manner.
• Review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
• Work closely with internal departments to strengthen customer relationships and minimise payment delays.

Qualifications :

Experience

• 5 years previous experience in a Credit Control Team Leader Senior Credit Controller or supervisory credit control role.
• Strong understanding of credit control and debt recovery processes.
• Proven people management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.
  Results-driven with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes real ownership of cash collection customer relationships and resolving complex issues end-to-end.
• Hands on high impact role where youll manage your own portfolio while acting as a senior escalation point and supporting a team of Credit Controllers to stay on track.
