A successful secondary school in Basildon is looking to appoint an imaginative and committed Art Teacher to join its Creative Arts department. The school is seeking a teacher who can inspire students through an engaging and ambitious Art curriculum while helping learners develop their technical skills creativity and confidence.

The successful candidate will teach Art across KS3 and KS4 planning lessons that expose students to a broad range of artistic techniques materials artists and creative processes. You will be expected to create an environment in which students feel confident experimenting with ideas and developing their own artistic style.

The role will involve planning lessons assessing coursework and other student work providing constructive feedback and supporting students in making progress. The successful candidate should be comfortable working with students of different abilities and be able to adapt their teaching to provide appropriate challenge and support.
