Job Summary
CQMS for University Officer Training Corps OCdts. Delivery of individual sub-unit training programmes in a Ph1 setting; additional MT/ general support role if aligned to SQEP.
This post would suit an enthusiastic SNCO with experience of the training environment who is passionate about delivery of high quality training to an engaged group of students. Opportunity to add extra value aligned with individual experience and qualifications.
Lead and manage a team providing G4 support on training weekends and camps.
Manage delegated tasks and associated risk.
Develop advise and support subordinates.
Maintain health and safety in the workplace.
Support QM and RQMS with G4 provision to deployed sub units.
Deliver in barracks/business process ensuring maintenance of standards and efficiency.
Deputise for RQMS when required.
