Cosmetic Repair Technician
Buckinghamshire HP22
basic bonus (OTE 42000 uncapped)
Full-time 40 hours (MonFri Saturday rota)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Cosmetic Repair Technician to join a modern high-performing bodyshop in Buckinghamshire HP22 working with a leading premium automotive brand.
The Role
As a Cosmetic Technician you will carry out high-quality minor repairs restoring vehicles to an excellent standard using the latest techniques and equipment.
Key Duties
Carry out SMART repairs including minor paintwork scuffs scratches and panel damage
Prepare prime and respray panels to a high standard
Repair alloy wheels bumpers and trims where required
Ensure colour matching and finish meet manufacturer quality standards
Follow health & safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Work efficiently as part of a fast-paced team
What Were Looking For
Experience as a Cosmetic Repair / SMART Repair Technician
Strong paint and preparation skills
Excellent attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Full UK driving licence
