If youre a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor (or up to 2 years PQE) and you want proper exposure to quality work real support around you and the chance to build a long-term career in a stable team this is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded practice.

Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor at NQ to 2 years PQE level. Youll work closely with experienced senior lawyers with day-to-day support and supervision and youll be encouraged to develop your technical confidence and client-handling skills from the outset.

What Youll Be Doing

• Supporting on a range of corporate matters with increasing responsibility as you develop

• Assisting with share and asset purchases and sales

• Helping to draft and review transaction documents and ancillary paperwork

• Supporting on due diligence exercises and reporting

• Assisting with corporate reorganisations and general company law matters

• Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional organised way

• Managing key deadlines and progressing matters efficiently

• Supporting marketing and business development activity where appropriate

What Were Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify) with a genuine interest in corporate work

• NQ to 2 years PQE experience in corporate law (training seat experience is welcomed)

• Strong drafting skills and good attention to detail

• A calm organised approach and the ability to work to deadlines

• Confident communication style and a focus on good client care

• A team-first mindset and willingness to learn

Working Arrangements

Hyrid once settled in role 2-3 days at is no formal work from home policy however occasional home working is not an issue.
